Data is the one thing you can't out-hustle.

You can fake a brand. You can fake reviews. You can fake the photo of a warehouse you don't own — three people in this industry actively do, by the way, you'd recognise the pictures. What you can't fake is the spreadsheet at the end of the month that tells you which wilaya converts at sixty percent and which one converts at twenty-two. The numbers don't care about the story. They are the story.

Most shops are flying with one eye closed

A media buyer I work with — call him Y — was spending around two million dinars a month on Meta ads at the start of last year. Smart guy. Reads everything. Has the dashboards. The problem was, he was reading the wrong dashboards.

He knew his CPC. He knew his CTR. He could quote his ROAS on three different attribution windows. What he didn't know was that twenty-eight percent of the orders he was "selling" were getting cancelled on the confirmation call, because the buyer would change their mind, or the phone number was wrong, or the size was off, or the shipping promise didn't match what the agent could actually deliver. So his real ROAS was about thirty percent lower than the number Meta showed him. He was scaling a leak.

That's not a media-buying problem. That's a data-visibility problem.

The numbers that actually move a shop

Things you should be able to see by Tuesday morning, every week:

  • Confirmation rate by source — Facebook vs TikTok vs organic. Not just "good." A number.
  • Cancellation reason, split by stage — pre-confirmation, post-confirmation, on delivery, refused at door. These are four different problems with four different fixes.
  • Delivery success rate by wilaya. Some wilayas just deliver harder than others. Knowing which ones lets you pre-qualify or pre-collect deposit on the call.
  • Time-to-confirm. If the average gap between order and call is over six hours, you're hemorrhaging.
  • Repeat purchase rate per product. The thing that sold once and never again isn't a product. It's a campaign result.

If you can't pull those numbers without four exports and a calculator, you don't have a data system. You have receipts.

Why this gets ignored

Mostly because it's boring. The dashboard isn't the thing that goes viral. Nobody on TikTok films themselves staring at a pivot table at midnight. Ad spend feels like progress. Setting up tracking feels like homework.

Also — and this is the part nobody says out loud — the data is sometimes deeply unflattering. The "viral winning product" sells once, gets cancelled twice, and refunds itself out of profitability. The ten-thousand-dinar-a-day buyer turns out to bring leads with a twelve percent confirmation rate. The wilaya you thought was your weak spot is actually your highest LTV. You don't want to know. Until you do. Until you're losing enough money that not knowing costs more than knowing.

What we ship by default

This is where Colivraison Express comes in, and it's also the part where I have to resist making it sound smoother than it is.

When you onboard, you get the panel. Real-time confirmation rate, cancellation reasons logged on the call (the agent tags it before the line drops), delivery success by wilaya, average time-to-confirm, payout-cycle tracking. We don't charge extra for it. There's no "Pro tier" with the analytics behind it. It's just there because we built the platform thinking that any seller running serious volume needs to see what's happening, not guess.

It's also — and I mean this — not the most polished dashboard you'll ever see. It looks like what you'd expect a logistics-team's internal tool to look like, because that's what it started as. We're improving it. Some weeks faster than others honestly. But the data underneath is clean, and that's the part that matters.

The point

Scaling without measurement is just spending faster. You can do it for a while. The shops that survive year two are the ones that figured out, mostly through pain, which numbers actually move the business, and looked at them every week even when the answers weren't fun. That part we can't do for you. The numbers, we can.
