Who we are
Colivraison Express is a logistics company based in Texraine Birkhadem, Algiers, Algeria. We provide e-commerce fulfillment and cash-on-delivery shipping across the 58 wilayas. This page covers how we handle your data and what you can expect when you interact with this website.
What data we collect
When you fill out the signup form, we collect your first name, last name, email, phone number, the shop name you enter, your estimated monthly volume, and the coupon code if you used one. We need this information to call you back, set up your account, and follow up. We don't sell this data, we don't pass it to advertisers, and we don't enrich it with third-party trackers.
If you only browse the public pages (home, blog, articles) and you don't submit any form, we don't store anything that identifies you personally — only the standard analytics described below.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read, which articles get traffic, which buttons get clicked, and roughly where the traffic comes from. This sets a few cookies in your browser. You can refuse them on the consent banner that appears the first time you visit the site, and you can clear them from your browser at any time.
We don't use any other tracking pixel — no Meta Pixel on this domain, no TikTok pixel, no advertising remarketing tags.
Who can see your data
Your contact details are visible to the Colivraison Express commercial team (so they can call you back) and to the small group of people who maintain the admin panel. They're stored in our own database on infrastructure we operate. We're not in the business of reselling contact lists.
How long we keep it
If you sign up and don't become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months for follow-up, then delete them. If you become a client, your record stays as long as the account is active and for the legal retention period after the account is closed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request to [email protected] from the same email address you used to sign up and we'll process it within a reasonable time.
Terms of use of this website
The content on this site (text, photos, logos, illustrations) is the property of Colivraison Express, except where otherwise credited. You're welcome to read, quote, and share with attribution — please don't copy a full article without asking. Don't try to break or probe the site; that includes brute-forcing the coupon endpoint or the signup form, both of which are rate-limited and monitored.

The blog and some product pages link out to third-party sites (Shopify, Meta, Aliexpress, etc.). We don't control those sites and their own privacy practices apply when you go there.
Updates to this page
If we change anything material about how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. If the change affects you specifically — for example a new analytics partner — the consent banner will re-trigger so you can review the new defaults.
